     Hi


    I am trying to clear codes and scan a GL320 and the scanner locks up about 1/4 of the way threw.


    any ideas

    Hi, have you updated the software yet? If no, please download the latest software to check again. If there is still problem, please advise the detailed car model, year, VIN code and chassis number for us to check further. Thanks!
